Casademont’s activities are concentrated on the production of cured and cooked charcuterie products. With two well-defined branches of production, the company, traditionally known for its cured charcuterie products (especially fuet), is working to supply a market in which cooked charcuterie products are increasingly consumed.

During all these years, production at Casademont has been evolving based on market changes, without forsaking the products which have made the company a benchmark brand in Spanish homes and in many other countries. The Casademont factory at Bonmatí (Girona) is structured into three different sections, which produce cured, cooked and sliced products.
One of the most important changes in recent years has come about due to changes in consumer habits, which to a large extent place great value on convenience when it comes to enjoying a certain product. Accordingly, sliced meat products have represented a real revolution, which has made it necessary to find a new approach to the production processes for charcuterie products, both cured and cooked. At Casademont, the sliced product line is very important. So much so that a major investment has been made in suitable machinery for this process.
