Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Once cooked, rinse in cold water, drain, add the oil and stir well so that it does not stick. Boil the broccoli that you have cut into florets. When they are “al dente”, remove from the heat, add cold water and drain. Then cut the fuet into slices about 1 cm thick and cut again into dice.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the rocket leaves which we will add at the end to decorate the plate.
You can serve the pasta and broccoli warm or, if you prefer, they can also be served cold.
