Ciabatta bread with Casademont Fuet Extra

INGREDIENTS

Casademont Fuet Extra

Ciabatta loaf

Ripe salad tomatoes

Maravilla type lettuce leaves

Cheddar cheese

Olive oil, salt and oregano

PREPARATION

First of all, slice the ciabatta in half across and drizzle with olive oil. Then thinly slice the Casademont Fuet Extra.

ASSEMBLING THE DISH

Take the bottom half of the drizzled ciabatta and place a bed of lettuce leaves on top. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt. Top with slices of tomato and sprinkle a little oregano over the surface. Then place the slices of Cheddar and Casademont Fuet Extra on top. Lastly, cover with the top half of the ciabatta.

TIPS

This dish can also be made with warm toasted ciabatta.
